Christmas Activities!

Over the past few weeks we have had lots of fun in Pre-School with all of our Christmas activities! We put on our jumpers for Christmas jumper day, went out to play in the snow, had our Christmas sing-a-long in the hall, enjoyed dancing and playing games at our Christmas parties and showed our grown ups what we do at school at our Stay and Play. Children In Need 'Spotacular'!

We have had a lovely day in our spots for Children in Need 2017. The teddy bears in our classroom were having a picnic and we coloured in our own Pudsey bear. Thank you to all parents and children for your kind donations!

Stay and Play fun!

We had lots of fun at our Stay and Play sessions. The children enjoyed showing their adults around the classroom and the things that they get up to at Pre-School. Our activities included exploring in the sand, playing with the small world toys and mixing different colour paints to see what new colours we could make. It was lovely to have our adults come to and join us, thank you!

Exploring the Outdoors!!!!

The children really enjoyed exploring the outdoors. They enjoyed looking for different objects, such as, leaves sticks flowers, birds nests, birds and aeroplanes! They were able to tell me, what they could hear and what they could see. Also some of the children were able to discuss, what colour the object was, or how many they could see. They were also able to tell me if an object was big or small.
I spoke to the children about how we need to keep warm, when its cold. I asked them what we need to wear to keep warm, they were able to tell me, a hat, gloves, a coat and one of the children said, "wellies.
